Holistic Approach To Quality Of Life:

We focus and integrate on all levels of well-being of the older person

Emotional level:

  • How do you experience your feelings? Can you identify your feelings?
  • How to manage success and disappointment

Social level:

  • Respect for myself and others – how does it work? Value differences?
  • How does interaction take place?
  • How to establish new relationships and how to end relationships?
  • How to maintain relationships?
  • There is a continuous desire to live in connection to other people. This dimension causes people to first live within family ties where there are familial relations. The family imprints their values and norms onto the individual.
  • He also performs a role in the family and vice versa.
  • Man also exists within general social bonds. Friends, leisure spending, church groups, entertainment groups, and career groups.

Physical level:

  • Diet
  • Nutrition
  • Fitness
  • Lifestyle
  • Health
  • Sexual dimension also groups here
  • Man is a physical or somatic being. Physical also refers to body stature, etc.
  • Fitness plan

Intellectual level:

  • Lifelong desire to learn
  • Mental stimulation
  • Ability to learn, to think, and to be creative
  • Desire to explore and experience new things
  • This psychological element allows man to think and discuss rational and logical reasoning. It allows man to consider and deliberate. Allows man to plan and look to the future. Man differs in his intellectual abilities and achievements

Spiritual level:

  • Meaning and purpose of life
  • Moral values and ethics
  • Love, hope, and abundance
  • Values and behaviour
  • Broaden my relationship with my Ruler – a bigger force
  • Man can also morally differentiate between good and bad under the moral dimension. Things like dishonesty, falseness and criminality, but also reliability, etc can be grouped here.
  • The spiritual includes questions about your relationship with God. Every man has a deep desire for a higher power than himself.

Personal wellbeing:

  • Self-responsibility
  • Optimism and positive attitude – “Yes, I can!”
  • Just be – live in the moment
  • Healthy choices
